Marketing Plan
With an extensive marketing budget, International Property Investments show 2009 will be widely promoted through various channels, in order to ensure maximum awareness and exposure.
Numerous marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns will be used prior and during the exhibition, including:
- TV - A comprehensive TV advertising campaign to promote the show will be part the overall marketing strategy, which will include news, movie, drama and various financial news channels.
- Outdoor Advertising - The show will be promoted on hoarding boards through out Delhi NCR in strategic locations.
- Radio Ad Campaign - IPI Show 2009 will be promoting the show through various leading radio stations in Delhi National Capital Region.
- Direct Mailing - 150,000 direct mail invitations will be sent to the high net worth individuals followed by telecallers confirming there attendance.
- Email Campaigns - 300,000 emails will be sent promoting the show followed by a aggressive follow up campaign.
- Road Shows - IPI Show will promoted in various shopping mall and commercial centres with stalls handing out invitations and flyers for the show.
- Press Advertisements - IPI Show 2009 will be aggressively promoted through local leading newspapers with various press releases.
- Magazine Advertisements - The show will be aggressively promoted in leading domestic in-flight magazines, business magazines, investment magazines and property magazines across the local and national area of Delhi NCR / India.
- Text message campaign - The show will aggressively be promoted through regular text messages to high net worth individuals.
- Hoardings in strategic locations - IPI Show will be promoted on hoarding boards around the venue and in Delhi NCR in strategic locations of high visibility.
